The Brashear baseball team hosted Sturgeon Tuesday night. Sturgeon got on the scoreboard with a pair of runs in the top of the first, but Brashear also scored 2 runs in the 1st and another pair of runs in the 2nd to lead 4-2. Brashear broke the game open in the 4th when Alex Houghton hit a 3-run homer and Brashear went on to win 13-3. Cole Erwin had a strong start going four and a third innings and striking out 11. Jack Reeves came on in relief to get the last 2 outs.
